A Dallas Texas Exes Scholarship Fundraiser
Celebrate 100 years of the Dallas Texas Exes with a night of strategy, delicious food, shopping and socializing. We’re on a mission to raise $100K this year for our scholarship fund, and we need your hands in the tile pile!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or don’t know a Dot from a Bamboo, we’ve got a seat for you at Café OLIVIA.
The Details:
- When: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Mahjong table times are 6:30 – 8:30 PM, but come the entire time to take advantage of all the fun. Grab food to bring back to your table or eat while socializing outside of game time.
- Where: Café OLIVIA’s North location
- The Perks: Player/Learner ticket includes entrance to the event and a seat at a Mahjong table. Mahjong tables and sets will be ready and outfitted for you to play by Smoking Dragon Mahjong and My Fair Mahjong. All ticketed attendees get access to a full, wholesome buffet dinner featuring Café OLIVIA’s famous seed-oil-free, organic, and farm-fresh dishes.
- Bonus Fun: Grab sips from the full bar, a local coffee or matcha, shop our exclusive vendor tables, and bid on incredible prizes at the silent auction, including the official launch of brand new My Fair Mahjong items!
Choose Your Vibe:
- The Player Ticket ($65): Play with new or familiar friends who are already seasoned Mahjong players during a 2-hour block of time.
- The Squad ($240): Purchase 4 Player tickets together and get a reserved 2-hour playing table together (Player tables only for reservations)
- The Learner Ticket ($65): Spend up to 2 hours playing and mastering the basics with an instructor (1 teacher per Learner table!).
- The Patron Ticket ($45): Entrance to Boots, Bams, & Booze. Enjoy the buffet, shop the vendors and bar, and enjoy the beautiful space to watch the players, socialize and network.
