Café Olivia is celebrating one year in Addison with a five-day celebration centered around coffee, community and the guests who have made the café part of their daily routines. From Monday, September 28, through Friday, October 2, guests at Café Olivia’s Downtown Dallas and Addison locations can enjoy $1 drip coffee with any entrée, handheld or salad, or upgrade to a signature latte for $4.50. The celebration brings together Addison’s one-year anniversary and National Coffee Day on September 29, with International Coffee Day on October 1 adding another reason to raise a cup.
“When we opened in Addison, the goal was to be a place people build into their day, and a year in, that’s what it’s become. Coffee is where that starts for most of our guests, so a dollar cup felt like the right way to say thank you,” said Adrian Verdin, Operating Partner, On Brand Hospitality.

A Year of Coffee and Community in Addison
The celebration gives guests five weekdays to enjoy Café Olivia’s coffee program alongside its coastal-Mediterranean, wellness-forward menu. The food is scratch-made and cooked in real fats. The beverage program includes specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha from ICHUNDU.
Café Olivia’s Addison location opened in October 2025 and has spent the past year serving the community alongside the café’s Downtown Dallas location. The five-day celebration gives guests throughout the week a chance to celebrate the milestone with us.
